More about our Circuit Churches

We offer extended coverage of the life and work of Our Churches – see Trinity and Wellspring for example.   Extra topics include outreach activities, fellowship groups and help with transport to church.  Further topics can be created, as required.

If you attend another church in the circuit, compare how your church is described, with the examples of Trinity and Wellspring.  Please contact the editors with any material you'd like us to publish: text or pictures.

Church News / Church Magazines

Part of the extended coverage of our churches, is to offer one or more pages for each church in the circuit to publish Church News.  Two churches have republished their existing paper magazines.  These are Wellspring and Trinity (see note below).  The space is available for circuit churches to publish news, notices and coming events whether or not there is an existing paper magazine.  We are happy to publish church news stories from any church in the circuit.

NOTE:- The magazine from Wellspring is published on a separate web site.  The webmaster for that site should be contacted with any comments.

Making Music

Trinity Operatic Society
(open to all)

Methodists have always been famous for their hymns and singing, such as the rousing hymns of Charles Wesley.  But take a look at the range of music making described in
'What we Do'.

'Our People'

The section of the web site about Who we are provides a window to show the world what this circuit, its churches and its people do and what they are all about.  We hope people find this 'shop window' interesting and would like to become involved.

Trinity Boys Brigade in gymnastics competition

One aspect of Who we are is Our People.  We show samples of the activities undertaken by people and groups within the circuit.  We would be delighted to receive pictures showing interesting glimpses of life within the circuit.

Circuit Projects

You can find out more about these and other projects if you look at the Projects in the section of the web site about What we do.

Fair Trade and Traidcraft

Children of Romania

Have you noticed the stories about support for Fair Trade and for the Traidcraft organisation?  This has led to Fair Trade status being achieved by both Trinity Church & Congleton town council.

Have you noticed the stories about the circuit's support of the work of the church in Romania, providing children in desperate circumstances with love, care, food, clothing, accommodation, education and recreation?
